1. That doesn't seem particularly "irate" to me.
2. Why the heck would anyone cheer for Hayward?! Miss Jeff Green much?
Why do you compare him to Jeff Green? Hayward consistently is the offensive creator for the Jazz, Green wasn't consistent doing anything his whole career. Hayward is the type of guy who can get you a bucket in the playoffs when the other team double Isaiah.
Not sold on who he is as a basketball player. Three years ago he couldn't score more than 16 ppg on a team where the other scoring threats were Derrick Favors and Trey Burke. I am also unsure about his defense and about the fact that he has played in more than 78 games once in his career so far.
strange criticisms.
He scored 16 ppg as a 23 year old in easily the least efficient season of his career. He was able to collect 5 boards and 5 assists to somewhat make up for the scoring shortcomings.
The next season he scored 19 ppg, followed by 20 ppg and is currently scoring 22 ppg.
He has increased his scoring output every single season.
As for the durability concerns. 78 games is a pretty
Edited. Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.ing high bar. He has never missed more than 10 games in a season.
Since you compare him to Jeff Green lets look at Jeff. He scored 16 points twice in his career. His age 22 season and again as a 27 year old. Hayward has already done it 3 times in 6 years and is basically garunteed to make it 4/7.
Greens arguably best season of his career came in his second season. He proceeded to be up and down the rest of his career.
So not only has Hayward already put together 2 seasons better than Green ever did and has improved every year where Green seemed to never improve, but hes also never missed more than 10 games in a season. Hes not an iron man, but please.
