I love Horford. He's a smart, productive player and is a good teammate / citizen. He's only overpaid if you ignore the market.
He's not a top-15 player, but he's really good.
Yeah, what Roy said, 100%. 26 mil doesn't go as far as it used to unfortunately, the market has adjusted.
The other thing that we all want to forget, is that bringing Horford here was part 1 of a 2 part free agency that included netting Durant as the prize for bringing on Horford. We lost out on the big prize, but got the smaller prize. Just because we haven't got our alpha dog yet, doesn't mean we should expect Horford to be that player. He is still really good.
