I'm glad to see Hield is doing well. The question with him has always been how much of a playmaker and defender he can be at the NBA level, not whether he'd get his shot to fall and put the ball in the basket.
Jamal Murray is doing some nice things in preseason, too, from what I hear.
Jaylen Brown will take some more time, but it's undeniable he's shown much greater potential as a versatile defender who could also be a quality scorer. At the same time, even though it's early it's probably safe to say Jaylen will never been the same kind of smooth shooter as Murray or Hield. He might end up as a higher leverage player who makes a larger impact, though, by dint of his defense and his ability to get inside and draw fouls.
