How many of you feel bad about taking such joy in Net losses. I am starting to feel sorry for Lopez he is playing his heart out.

I do too. I think they should trade him to a winning team. ;)

Ok, book this one Danno.

Don't be fooled. That team has some talent. You know why?

Because losing 15 out of 17 is better than losing 16 out of 17, or even worse, 17 out of 17.

I'm actually not all that worried about the Kings and Nuggets. They've been playing some solid basketball lately. The 76ers are better now, too, though it's a little too far to probably expect a win out of them.

Don't look now , but the Nets are only 2.5 games ahead of the Lakers and 4.5 ahead of Philly .

Don't see them catching Philly , but LA is certainly possible.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
The saddest part is that 2 of their wins came against us.
They'd be half a game ahead of the Lakers right now with a nice buffer between the bottom 3 and the others if we'd handled business.

Just unbelievable.

People have to get over it. Can't win them all. I'm sure the players wanted those wins more than you do.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I agree we can't win 'em all and that we should get over it.

I disagree that the players wanted those wins more than we all do. It really sucked and was bad luck for us that we played the Nets twice in two sets of home and home. It's real hard to beat a team two games in a row in the regular season.

We kicked their butts (embarrassed them) here in November. They wanted it far more 2 days later. The ramifications of their/our pick had no bearing on how our team played with NO sense of urgency. I'll guarantee you that our pick never crossed our players' minds.

When we played them again in January, we had just lost to the Fakers and were in the middle of a 1W-6L stint. Again, that first game on the 2nd, we played with no sense of urgency. Players aren't thinking about how important that pick is to the Cs organization. You and I are...all the time.

You can't change the past and what's done is done. It's just a funny game sometimes.
I just hope those two losses don't end up being the difference between Simmons/Ingram and the others on draft night.

Let's just hope the Lakers can win and the Nets don't peel too many surprise wins.
