Has Bulpett put up anything credible before??

I know woj has on many occasions. Stein did a few weeks ago with lee

He is very credible, and not one to throw around false rumors; more likely to throw cold water on them.

More reliable than Chris Broussard sources.

I would trade Sully straight up for him since both are entering free agency. Of course Sully is restricted, but he is also fat. So I'd rather go with Gallo.

Give 'em Sully and James Young.  Maybe throw in Turner.  About as much as I'd give up.

I'd love for a deal like this to happen, but I don't think it will.

For matching purposes it would be easier to include a non guaranteed like Pressey, the problem is we would need to pick up his contract by Wednesday, so if we were going to trade him we would presumably need to do it before then so the team could waive him in time.

Since Ainge is all about acquiring assets, I would just hold our assets and then make a run at him next year when we have a lot of money to spend.

I think that it's crazy to give up something of legit value for him.  Not saying he is worthless but... dude just is never healthy and has looked washed up for a bit to me.  Personally I would much rather have Wilson Chandler if anything.  He shoots almost the same percentage from three, isn't hurt all the time, and is a more hard nosed type player in the vein of Crowder that is a good fit for Stevens system.

wouldnt Bradley have to be in the equation for contracts to work out? Gallo makes around 11m, i'd think you'd need to do a combo of Bradley + Sully or ET.

Chandler reportedly just agreed to an extension with DEN. Probably makes Gallo available.

Assuming $7 mil in cap space, Turner and Babb almost does it.

Bradley + Turner for Gallo makes sense for both sides, especially if Denver, as expected, trades Ty Lawson between now and the deadline.

I think we have about $8 million in cap space if Danny makes some clever maneuvers, at least that's impression I've gotten from people who understand the Cap more than I do.

That would be perfect. Then we still have to move Sully though, I guess we can at the deadline.

The idea is that if they did this deal before signing Crowder and completing the Lee trade that we could absorb a $7 or $8 million difference in salary and thus only send back around 3-4 MM in salary to the Nuggets.

Not necessarily.

That one works. Alternatively, Zeller could replace Sully as outgoing salary.

How long are we able to wait before having to make the Lee trade official and signing Jae? Aren't we running the risk of having a DeAndre Jordan situation if we don't sign Jae soon? Not saying he would do that but as KG once said anything is possible..
