So, wait - if this is just between the Knicks and Cavs, where does OKC fit in in such a deal (if at all)? Waiters going to the Thunder would have made no sense. Westbrook, Harden, and Durant couldn't play together at the same time, and Harden is a great shooter, so if Waiters was going to replace him, even off the bench, yeah, no, lol. Shumpert is an excellent pickup for the Cavs, as is Dalembert, but who knows about Smith, haha. What I find incredibly hilarious is that, in theory, Dion Waiters and Carmelo Anthony could play on the court together.
