All this leads back to THE BIG MISTAKE ...

I think trading Wiggins for Love

Has already come hone to roost .

Wiggins , Irving and James Combo  would be better .

Cavs were gifted one of the next super stars .....and traded him for a man that doesn't fit their scheme.

Wiggins could have played backup for James resting him a lot more ......

Used the money saved from signing Wiggins as rookie and bought a REAL center

Wiggins and James could have ruled for years .

Dumb dumb dumb
that may be and time will tell. but the trade of wiggins, mistake or not, was not devoid of logic. lebron is now operating with a shrinking window of health and ability to carry a team. he has already sat out games this season to rest his left knee.

further, lebron could jump ship in a couple of years if he is unhappy.

wiggins as a player able to carry a team to a championship is probably 2-3 years away. did the cavs have those years to wait?

i too have reservations about love, especially when he is not the primary scorer on a team. but the move was not illogical. they sold a bunch of tomorrows to get better, the hoped, today.

True ..not illogical ......I think maybe a bit TOO optimistic and rushed  on James part.  He jumped ship so fast , now Wade and Boshe are ok.     Then runs off up to Ohio and has the Owner trade off Wiggins ....wow .....I think everybody got on the James bandwagon and bought to much BAD stock.

We'll see ..but I bet the result will be history Cav fans wish they could reverse .   I don't see Cavs winning this year for sure.  So there is maybe two more tries ....if Love stays .

To me. James and Wiggins. .....was setting up a dynasty ...like the Mr Robinson plus Tim Duncan deal

Very rare when two dominate players get a chance to share the court.

The choice while seemingly right in the short run .....I think has already backfired .

If they had Wiggins , Cavs add Hibbert ,or Lopez  to Irvin  and become very powerful.
