I'm late to the party, but I'll just chime in, that I personally thought the flutter feed was funny. I don't think it had the ability to influence anyones views on THEIR OWN players. I don't think what someone anonymously posts, in (what I saw as mostly) a joking manner should be taken to heart by anyone in the league.
Someone posted because Kyrie got injured, I was looking to move Griffin. I then proceeded to get ****ty Griffin offers from about 6 members of the league. So (a) people were looking at it, (b) it was increasing trade activity (and if league members offered a fair (or even close to fair) price, maybe Griffin would have been traded.
It's just not that big of a deal. And further, since certain owners in this thread became obsessed with the flutter feed and commenting, there have been more and more posts there then ever before. Or at least that's how it seems from my perspective.
Fantasy leagues that have no commentary and merely passive members are not fun. They're boring. It seems like that is what people want here.
Edit: And for the record, that is just my opinion. Others can, and obviously do have different opinions. And that's okay. But for everyone coming out and bashing the feed, I actually think it was a pretty fun and clever addition.
#27 and #33 for Blake?
