It's going to get weirder by the day.

Good for Golden State.  HOnestly at this point, the best course of action for Boston appears to be...

#1 - Hope that Embiid is out for a season... trade up to secure his services.  Most teams will not want to go the Philly/Noel route, but Boston can.

#2 - Trade Rondo for additional young assets.

#3 - Hang onto the rest of the youth... tank again and see what we have next Summer.

Tanking again, great

Look at how good of a spot Philly is after taking Noel and tanking.

We could trade Rondo for #7.  Pick Smart and Embiid.

Trade Green and Bass and next years Philly pick for MKG and Biyombo?

Let Bradley, Humphries walk.

A year from now Wallace will be easier to move or at least stretch his contract.

2015 you could be looking at Smart, Embiid, Olynyk, Sullinger, a top 5 pick, and tons of cap space.

Aaron Gordon era begins?

Depressing thinking about it.

Isn't it? And then when you think about the image of overweight Sullinger struggling to run up the court in the 4th quarter, it just makes it so much worse. Spectacularly depressing.

It will be the Asik/Sully/#17/Bradley/Smart era.  Rondo will be gone, Green will be gone.  It will be the nuke job that many have been looking for.  Hope you're ready.

Thompson is becoming super overrated.

How so? The guys still only 24, has shot above 40% from 3 his whole career (something that his proved to be extremely valuable in todays NBA), plays solid D, and already has some playoff experience.

Although I don't think he and David Lee alone are worth Kevin Love. The Wolves should try and hold out for Draymond Green or Harrison Barnes.

Your username is perks-a-beast, perhaps you are not the best judge of what qualifies as overrating a player.

Haha, that made me laugh.  TP for you, sir!

wojo is one of the most reliable reporters out there, but this time he is wrong imo

makes little to no sense that Thompson's dad has pretty much confirmed the deal is near complete

unless he is willing to sell out/use his son to get more ppl to listen in to his show

Sullinger will lose the weight. Again nothing has happened, let's calm down.

Given that he's struggled with weight throughout college career, I highly doubt one offseason is going to transform his body into a carbon copy of David West. But it's cool. The fatter the Sully, the harder the tank.
We arent tanking no matter what... DA knows better than anyone that if they dont make the playoffs this year, Rondo will leave in a heartbeat... Love or no Love, Ainge must put together a team ATLEAST capable of the playoffs... Either way to have a chance in the offseason of 2015 we must show that we are capable of putting together a competitive team..

If we don't make a big pickup this off season then Rondo is gone.  He's not staying around for a rebuild.  DA won't stay around IMO for a 3 or 4 year rebuild either and the fans won't accept it.  We need to do something this year....

Thompson's pops "source" was someone from ESPN:

http://www.ibabuzz.com/warriors/2014/06/19/klay-thompsons-father-kind-depressed-possible-warriors-trade-minnesota-kevin-love/

From Story: Mychal Thompson cited a source with ?inside information.? Reached after the radio show, Thompson said his source was someone from ESPN.

T-Wolves have now made their desires clear in the Golden State talks. Involved parties leaning heavily towards idea that it happens.

Meh Klay's dad heard the rumor from somebody at ESPN. I'll go with Woj on this one who said "No deal is close".
