So, according to ESPN, Kobe's a gametime decision tonight vs Indy.
Can someone with more medical knowledge than I explain how THAT is possible? (Him possibly playing tonight)?
To be fair, I'd suggest that someone with medical knowledge would say a shooter with a broken index finger on his shooting hand should be on the sidelines as well, but he seems pretty hell-bent on being on the court. I heard on the radio today that he's played every single game in 4 of the past 6 seasons (and only missed 15 total in the other 2 combined), which is pretty impressive given the number of games & minutes under his belt at this point. He's in for a physically miserable retirement with the number of injuries he regularly plays through.
Well, if he REALLY wants to be like Mike, he'd better take it easy.
I look at Jordan right now, and he doesn't appear to be in any pain...seems in good shape...at the rate Kobe is going, though - I don't expect him to be able to do the same.
Give it a rest, Kobe....injuries happen - look at BOS.
