It's been said before, and it should be said again: the 4th and 5th rounds are where teams are made and broken. Sure, the first and second frame the draft. You need stars to build around to win. But the 4th and 5th rounds have a unique place.
People who traded out of them for cornerstones get jumpy, more likely to make panic moves. You can still find an established starter, sometimes even a borderline all-star dropping. People start to freak because the guys they though would be there in the late 5th early 6th start coming off the board. A saavy GM should consider trading out of the 3rd for a 4th and 5th next season, because this draft shows us there is money to be made here.
