Is that a full lid on the 3rd round, or is there another pick yet to be made?

I think JSD still has to make his pick (the 24th pick of the third round).

He owns the first two picks of the next round as well I think.

Danny Granger, Elton Brand and LeBron. All around 6-8 (LeBron 6-9). It would be pretty sweet if Dallas made a team solely out of 6-7 to 6-9 guys.

Trade Lowry and move LeBron to PG. Draft a big two guard. Granger at SF. Add a PF to play alongside Brand. Or even a SF and move Granger to PF.

That could be really fun. I've got a couple of different variations in mind. That would be a lot of fun.

"HE'S SO VERSATILE!!!" Roy exclaimed, as he watched LeBron James not only at times play all 5 positions during the scrimmage, but also fully cater and serve the team to a non-traditional menu of classic southern cooking using a set of recipes LeBron himself concocted which will be compiled into a cook book being published next month called 'A New Soul, A Healthy Soul: Cook With Bron (Forward by Martha Stewart and Bobby Flay)'. After dinner, LeBron served cocktails (a Swoosh-tini, once again his own concoction) and showed his teammates a film he wrote, directed, shot, edited, and starred in himself called "I Am Everyone", co-starring James Franco.

LeBron James, the Chaka Khan/Whitney Houston of the NBA.

Someone should start up one of those "CB Draft - how's my team look" threads. A lot of good teams, so far.

I really like the Rubio, Melo and Ibaka mix. I think they'll work together great.

I dislike Monta Ellis. I don't like the fit. I think he'll get in the way and hold your team back.
I disagree here. I think Rubio meshes well with Monta and with the rest of the squad! Like Yoki said he likes open lanes and Rubio is great at threading the needle with his flashy passing. Rondo and Rubio are the best passers in the league and stand a part with their flash, they are very unique! They are both throw backs in a way the way they pass like Magic Johnson! I like them both, We don't have Rondo but we got RUBBBBIO!

My issues with Rubio/Monta backcourt are not about offense. It's about defense/rebounding.

Although, Melo + Monta, that could be be anywhere in between slightly problematic offensively to a major problem depending on how the rest of the roster fills out. It could be workable.

I have someone in mind at 4.3, but I could be open to sliding down a few slots. Feel free to send offers.

My inbox is loaded, I'll respond to each of you as soon as I can. Depending on who's available (hoping the 3rd round gets updated soon) the pick(s) might not be on the table.

Ellis and Rubio aren't strong on ball defenders, but they could generate a lot of turnovers.
