I think that team is coming together nicely.

Probably a bit short on top tier talent outside of Pierce but I really enjoy the balance here. Guys who fit their roles and would play very well together. Nice defensive group. All are skilled guys on the offensive end of the floor. A solid shot-blocking center to round out the starting lineup and that will be a pretty darn good basketball team.

True on the top tier talent. Was thinking of offering 2 of the 3 guys not named Pierce for a big name. Otherwise these are all guys I targeted from the start. No panic picks. And defense was the key. My team last year had no defensive minded guys except cp3. I really like the offense I'll get too. No one over 20ppg but a solid 15-17 ppg for each starter. Looking for a center or a combo guard off the bench next pick.

Nice -- hoping David West will improve more next season now that he will be a full year removed from injury. Get back to being a 17-18ppg caliber threat. I liked how he finished the season. Improved play + moving better physically.

Fits in very well alongside Duncan and Kobe. Nice to have two such talented jump-shooting bigs to space the floor for Kobe Bryant. A quick PG who is good in the pick and roll game would fit in very nicely here.

Very good core to build around.

West got close in the playoffs, averaged 18-9 i believe.  And against some pretty decent competition.
