The Wizards have x.15 pick in even rounds not the 10th (which belongs to PHO), these picks going to BOS should be 4.15, 6.15, 8.15, 10.15, 12.15...

Trade needs to be resubmitted with the correct picks, and approved by both GMs, I imagine.

Once that trade is confirmed, the 2.23 can then be involved with the follow up trade between Washington (JSD) and Orlando (riah).

*THIS* is why

(a) GMs need to make sure they send in their trades correctly and

(b) trades aren't final until the Commish announces them. And why you therefore can't make a selection (like you tried to do twice during the draft with 1.14 and 1.15) without officially having the pick. And why IP and Fafnir said as much then.

There's just too much a potential (and it's happened before in Celticsblog draft with earlier picks than yours) for a major mess up.

To me, those move ups are basically irrelevant, compared to the value of moving down from the first to the second.

Most teams have been landing a 2nd and 3rd for their 1st rounders.  Getting only a 4th rounder, and surrendering a fifth, just isn't great value.
