Do you have an early 2nd rounder and a late 3rd rounder? Would you prefer to have 3.11, 3.15, 3.23 instead?? ??

Just write that PM!  :)

This is so hard to read.

Carmelo is an interesting player. He had a lot of success late this season by going small, just like LBJ/Durant did. I wonder if any of those teams will committ to that as their primary line up and draft accordingly.

I think Melo could pose a ton of matchup problems if used at the 4 with the right players around him.

Why did Denver get so much better when Melo left though?

1.  They got some solid players in return; and

2.  I'm not sure they got better.  They've gone from 54 to 53 to 50 to 38 wins over the last four years, and went from the Western Conference Finals to a first round out.

That said, Carmelo has been a huge disappointment in NY, failing to mesh.

The Spurs select John Wall. Should have a breakout year without all those knuckleheads around.

That's why he's not a Chicago Bull right now either. Didn't think Wade-Melo was a pairing I liked, whereas Irving is a high-character guy who won't step on Wade's toes.

Seeing what you said in the chat room though. I thought that was the direction you were going. I would have liked it depending on the point guard.  Melo can play off the ball and produce. He did it with Iverson.

Irving is a much better fit for Wade offensively.

Al Horford's biceps pecs are a proven weakness, discuss.

edit: wrong muscule to mock, tell Al's biceps I'm sorry.

Nice potential high reward pick.

I expect a big improvement from John Wall next year too. He really let himself down last year.

They've paired pretty well in Team USA basketball (albeit with tons of other stars).  I think that would be a pretty dynamic pair actually and Melo could really use a player that he perceives as on/above his level to push him to his potential.

Ha, that's funny.

Makes sense, due barely played because his pectoral muscles are made of cotton candy and fruit roll ups.
