Should be a top 35 pick

Interesting.  It works out for the Celtics, but I'm not sure if I agree with the decision.  The Celtics had the right to give Green a physical.  Unless OKC specifically knew about the heart condition and withheld information about it, I think this should have been caveat emptor.

Charlotte originally traded the 2nd round pick to OKC for Byron Mullens. The pick is unprotected.

The Celts also own Minnesotas 2nd round pick next year so, there is a good chance they will have 3 top 40 picks.

I wonder if he had heart tests previously that showed what can now with hindsight view as symptoms that weren't disclosed in the medical history during the trade call.

It has to be something of substance, the Wolves got nowhere in the Martel Webster situation when they lodged a complaint.

Cs gain a 2013 2nd from OKC

This could be a huge asset that could allow the C's to move up to the mid-teens in this draft without giving up their other first rounder.

They need a team that is looking to trade down, but if there is one, I think a Charlotte second rounder (so, likely top 5) would allow them to move up to 15 or 16.

With our luck, Dwight Howard would be traded to Charlotte to join the number 2 pick and a host of free agents and we wind up drafting 10 spots lower a la the clippers pick.

I suspect there was a previous health report that was not disclosed, and maybe NOT by the OKC,  could be Green himself had hid something or his family from OKC as well.

Kinda like OKC selling stolen goods.  or Fakes they aquirred not knowing the full history themselves......

For this settlement to get dun , it would seem somebody was less than faithful with disclosure.

If thats the case then it is TOTALLY fair for the C's to recieve some comp.

We seem to get screwed enought as it is by BAD LUCK concerning health issues , we surely don't need any help from crooked deals or THUGS like D >Wade.

Still I hope Green can play for the Celtics , and I wouldn't mind having Perk back as a bench warmer for a song.  After OKC dumps him.

That's not fair, 2013 second rounder?!!  They should be forced to send us Kevin Durant instead
. . . or at least Ibaka or Harden.

I knew it. I knew it. I knew it. When Greens' condition was revealed I asked on this board the classic: "What did OKC know and when did they know it"? I was told that I was out of hand and to let it go by fellow fans here. I was convinced that OKC hid something and clearly they did.
What stinks is that the 2013 draft is being called absolutely horrible.
