Boston, Houston, LA in a 3 team trade makes the most sense.
Note: The picks would be made by the original team and the rights to the players would be traded away once the signing period begins.
Boston
Dalembert
Houston #16
Houston
Gasol
Boston #21
LA
Bass (via S & T)
Martin
Houston #14
Why for Boston? The C's are supposedly interested in moving up in the draft and need a center (Dalembert). They swap #21 for #16 as further compensation for absorbing the salary to allow Houston to receive far and away the best player in the deal.
Why for Houston? The Rockets love Gasol and are also rumored to be high on Teague, who should be available at #21. Giving up Dalembert (who they're trying to deal anyways), Martin, the #14, and sliding down 5 posts in the trade for a player of Gasol's caliber seems like a great deal for them.
Why for LA? LA has been shopping Gasol all summer and have been looking for a first draft pick. They get the #14, Bass (who replaces Gasol as the starting 4), and Martin (who can either add some serious scoring punch off a weak or start if Kobe moves up to the 3).
