Wanted a bit more versatility with my lineup, and he immediately demands any opponent's best defender - and even THEN they may not stop him

I remember Redd played some pretty good defense that first year as Milwaukee's primary scorer (and the year before as Milwaukee's sixth man).

The 1999-2000 Mike Finley was a very good and well rounded player. He hit threes, grabbed boards and even dished out over 5 dimes a game. Not to mention he is a very good fit with Nash because of his athleticism and ability to finish above the rim.

Plus defender as well.

Brand and Finley were both good defenders in their prime, and Pippen is right there with Big Ben, Rodman, and KG as the greatest defenders of the generation (along with another couple of guys).

Tyson Chandler ties this up so well for me. Annoying. Criticized him as being taken too early, but now wish I had him.

Yeah there is almost a Tyson Chandler clone out there. Not 100% but 80-85% identical player.

There is a much better center out there for your team than Tyson Chandler.

Undecided on what to do with my draft pick. Debating three players for these back-to-back picks. Not sure which direction to go in. So I'll probably be a while before I pick.

Really pumped I was able to trade up and grab Marc. Big body Center with pretty good one on one defensive skills ( lacking in P and R a bit but that can be remedied later) great passer and a good counter balance for Dirk.

I like it.

That's a pretty well balanced starting five.

It is, but I really like my chances (in at least the 4 matchups where I have players).

I think our 5 is way more balanced. I think without a PG who is adept at running the PnR, Malone and Bynum will get in each others way a bit. I also think Marc is a better player than Bynum.
