The Seattle Zombie Thunder/Re-Sonics select Luis Scola.

Solid.

I was clearly working to get him Hibbert. Didn't realize Scola was still left. Very, very good pick for the Thunder.

Trade:

New Jersey Nets sends DeAndre Jordan and 8.15
Portland Trailblazers send Carlos Boozer and 5.17

I love the jordan/deandre pairing. Maybe a slight overpay on the pick, but it's probably worth it.

Well, you should've seen what the other guy wanted for Tyson Chandler.

But, no, you're right, on talent and picks New Jersey comes out slightly ahead.

P.S. Great pick Lucky.

TheWalkerWiggle pairs LaMarcus with DeAndre. Certainly jives with the TrailBlazer corporate identity. Extra caps for all!

BTW, while most know that LaMarcus is French for "TheMarcus," few people know that DeAndre is French for "of Andre." The Francophile segment of the Pacific Northwest fully endorse the trade.

The Seattle Zombie Thunder/Re-Sonics select Luis Scola.

Love the pick. Maybe not the best "fit" but by no means a bad fit. Definitely great for last pick in the 1st though.

I like the fit. Thunder really could use a low post presence.

EDIT: Only thing I don't like is that I think it's going to be real difficult to find a good defensive pairing. But I'm not sure that's something you could've addressed at this point anyhow.

Trade:

Boston trades:  Andrew Bogut, #2
Cavs trade:  Anderson Varejao, 13.18

Also, Roy if you could Put these on the fp (the previous trade too), I'd appreciate it.

There were a couple other guys on my board. But I thought a third scoring option in the frontcourt was the more important addition I could bring to the Westbrook-Durant duo.

I'm hoping to address defense in the next couple of rounds.

Never seen two trades happen in these drafts and like almost no comments given about them.

Long day.

Your trade makes a decent amount of sense. Boston gets to make a run at the title this year with a quality center, Cleveland gets to continue to build a contender in the next couple years (assuming Bogut stays healthy) while getting a nice pick. I'm a little surprised Edgar gave up the #2, that seems a bit rich, but what can ya do.
