mpressed with his play on both sides of the floor

With all due respect he was 1 for 10 from the field.  I concur his defense is excellent but what exactly impressed you on the offensive end?

All the aggressiveness in the world is not going to help someone shooting 1 for 10.

I don't know about you guys, but I've been pretty impressed with his play on both sides of the floor in the second half. Showing a lot of aggressiveness and has made a few very impressive defensive plays.

He's certainly played well enough to warrant not being written off.

both sides, really? I think he was 1-10... really good on D though.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

That's true for the first half. But in the second half he was pretty good. One of his drives should have been a foul and he didn't look lost at all. Like how he attacked the basket.

Who cares if he missed some open shots? Avery is a decent shooter and those shots are going to fall. The main criticism of the kid was that he looked lost offensively and didn't know what to do with the ball, and I saw an aggressive guy who still wasn't entirely comfortable but was definitely getting there. He's not a deer in headlights anymore. We know he can knock down a couple jumpers here and there - if some of those open shots go down, it's a whole different tune being sung around here. He was terrific defensively and his only real downside tonight was that the ball didn't fall - that's probably the least important thing at this point in the preseason and his career.

I'm not saying he's going to be amazing, I'm just saying it's way too early to write him off. He's collecting himself offensively and the balls will fall.

he had a 3 and 1 good drive stopped by a bad call by the refs but even in the second half he was lost on O! I'll give him his D props but he looks terrible to be on his second year! Even Stiems looks better on O than AB!

idk iont wanna write somebody off this early in their career but Bradely barely has shown anything tht shows me he's gonna be a big part of our future. Poor ball handling Poor jumper good defense tho but when you were a top 5 player comin outta high school my expectations are high. Also for the posters who are on tht "he's 21 give him time" mode nah the NBA is different now its a bunch of kids his age who look better then him at this point

Agree, those are his game stats not the first half.  1 for 10 is not good on offense and you can't blame the refs for that attrocious shooting.

He has a place in the league with his D though.

exactly people think if he misses open shots that he cant play.. theres more to basketball then just scoring. you can see how he lit it up against the knicks bench thats the type of scorer he will be. hes going to be streaky. but his defense is amazing and thats all he needs to be on this team.

I thought he played well tonight also. those shots will eventually fall and like some one stated above he really does need to work on finishing around the rim in traffic. BTW hes only 20yrs old still very very young

To be fair, Bradley's offensive game is predicated on his jump shot.  When it's not falling it's going to be ugly.

He's shot it well enough in the past (college, D-League) for me not to be too concerned.

Right now Moore is the much better offensive player.  His ball-handling is much better developed and his shot is falling.

Here's a bright spot that's hard to argue against, although obviously limited sample size (like everything else with AB):

Last season - 50% from the line
This preseason - 6/6 from the line

Small sample size, but nice to see that.
