Wait for it. Wait for it. Can you hear the reaction coming out of Pawnee yet? Here it comes:

Add Phoenix to the list

Portland as well. A certain GM has blisters on his fingertips after all the typing he did talking up his team and comes in 8th. 9th if you consider rebus probably has his team in the top 3 for the conference.

Ya, for some reason I thought Portland was on the original message

Is it just me or does Megatron's head seem a little big for his body in this one?

Not mad that I didn;t make your list, but I'm sure i'm on another list of yours. But how do you not put the Grizzlies up for the west? And you put the Cavs as a playoff team? I don't get it.

The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Here's my opinion on the rankings. I am still attempting to get a hold of Rondo to put in a combined Kings ballot and will be waiting until nearly the deadline to submit if I do not hear from him:

East:

9. Boston

The man starting Wes Matthews is putting my player evaluations at 9th.  :o

Some teams look like they might not be regular season beasts, but could be playoff monsters.

Chicago comes to mind. So does Philly

Really? Figured Philly would be either 1 or 2 out of the East.

I actually don't think they'll do that well in the regular season. Smells like a 4 seed that no 1 seed wants to see in the second round.

That PF spot is so injury ridden that there's no way they win a lot of games in the regular season.
How so?  West isn't injury-prone.  Neither is Bonner or Splitter.  Kenyon is a backup.  Varejao can play PF.  Brad Miller, who most likely won't even see minutes, was a solid backup for 60 games last year.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Hmm I have them first but I see an argument for 2 or 3 seed. Even for the regular season I don't see them lower then #3. They are far better then the 2009-2010 (5 seed).
