Here's my list (not in the proper vote format):
East:
1. 76ers - Lots of talent and solid depth around a proven superstar.
2. Knicks - Higher than most, but I really like the Duncan/Williams/Deng combination and that Gibson/Blair combo at PF is delightful.
3. Pacers - Lots hinging on how players react this upcoming season, but the talent is undeniable.
4. Bullets - The backcourt concerns me along with frontcourt depth, but Granger/Aldridge are going to be fun as hell to watch.
5. Bulls - Athletic, fast players who can space the floor and a couple of tough, annoying guys up front.
6. Nets - Questions about fit and how your frontcourt will perform kept me from ranking you higher.
7. Celtics - A nice guard rotation but a lot hinges on how Hedo/Monroe do next season, and neither is a safe bet.
8. Bucks - Better than they're getting credit for, but lacking a proven winner/leader behind Brand.
9. Heat - Sorry Bakhu; I read your press conference all the way through twice, I just don't have faith in your firepower around Carmelo.
10. Magic - CP3 is great, but fading talent at the wings and a weak frontcourt keep these guys out of the playoffs.
11. Pistons - A nice, deep collection of young talent that will win some games, but doesn't have the firepower to be elite...yet.
12. Hawks - Do Jefferson/Lewis have enough in the tank to be productive? If so, this team could exceed my expectations.
West:
1. Kings - Alright, that's a pretty [dang] good regular season team. Nice work.
2. Nuggets - Love the Johnson/Bosh/Nene combo, also love that your potentially weak PG/SF spots are backed up by competent defenders in Hill and Moute.
3. Jazz - A volatile team, especially in the backcourt, but there's no denying the talent here.
4. Trailblazers - Can Lowry sustain his pace after being a career backup? Also, why no Ersan Ilyasova?
5. Spurs - Pesky frontcourt, pesky backcourt. I like Kaman and Boozer together and think they'll be healthy, but obviously that's a big question mark for these guys.
6. Suns - Great veteran leadership and talent, but depth is a concern.
7. Cavaliers - The talent is there, but paper-thin depth...and I can't rank a team starting Ricky Rubio much higher.
8. Lakers - I may have swapped the Lakers/Cavs in my official rankings, can't remember. Anyway, I drafted much of this team's core, so I obviously think that they're talented.
9. Grizzlies - I probably underrated these guys as teams 6-9 have similar qualities, but I don't think Humphries/Hibbert can get it done.
10. Thunder - That frontcourt is one injury away from falling apart, and questions about how Kobe/Rondo can coexist without a third reliable option have me worried.
11. Mavs - Not the worst team in the conference...but you know, show up next time.
Anyway, feel free to disagree, and inappropriate personal attacks are encouraged. I probably made a few mistakes, but I feel ok with this ballot the way it is.
