The Detroit Pistons in search of the best beard available select James Harden

Love him, good defender, ok range, and brilliant in pick and roll situations

Brilliant? Is he really brilliant?

Only when he has his Urkel glasses on.

With the 61st pick in the 2011 CB Draft, the LA Conspiracy is going to reeeeeeeach for:

Serge Ibaka, PF

Needed a game changing defender.  heading to Acadia have a good week/end all!

No way is that a reach, BPA in my opinion

Not a reach. He's redundant, sure, but not a reach, adios.

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
Thoughts from while I was at lunch
1. Okafor: Every fast break starts with a stop and a rebound. Okafor is one of the best defensive/rebounding centers in the league. He will start a lot of transition opportunities and allow Wall to get out and run with J. Smith. He also is a good veteran presence that we need.

2. Kaman: great pick, second round talent if not for the injuries. Didn't pick him because I needed a defensive stopper on the back end not a scorer.

3. Harden: There was another player I was looking at who is great on the break but he can't shoot it like Harden. Harden showed that he could hit big shots in the playoffs this year. My team will defend and get out on the break, both things that he did for the Thunder. During the playoffs he finally grabbed hold of the starters minutes and should keep those minutes next year which should increase his numbers.

4. IP it's weird because I do think it was a little bit of a reach. However, had I not picked him he probably would have gone pretty soon. In other words someone else would have reached for him. So he might not be a reach after all.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

With its fourth selection, Detroit making a push to lead the Central Division. Nice balance and fit on that roster so far.

What's that? You want a reach? You want a binky? You want Start Orien to not be surprised????

With the 15th pick in the third, the Blazers select Kyle Lowry.

Can't argue with anything you said. Someone else likely grabs Harden before you're up again. All you could do is hope to trade up and that obviously guarantees nothing.

In the third round? Too early, imo.

TP for you though for orchestrating this whole thing. Thanks.
