Looking at the board, Nick, I think you were right about the dropoff in talent in the third, even the guy I had above everyone else is just a complimentary player.
Yeah, the talent drop off after a couple more picks is definitely there

The Warriors select Chris Kaman, allowing Kamania to run wild once more.

REUNITING THE GERMAN OLYMPIC TEAM! UBER ALLES!

I'm ok with it (mostly due to the chemistry) but Dirk needs some serious help this round.

The Celtics are bored and are going for a walk. Feel free to PM or IM them with " Totally fair offers" that " benefit both teams" for any of their players while we're out. ;D

I pick Emeka Okafor

You chose well, my boy.

Great pick. He's become underrated. This was the player I was discussing vs. Chandler. He also out played Gasol hands down.

Look, I've already admitted that Chandler passes the what-have-you-done-for-me-lately test. He was exactly the player that Dallas needed. He's a great teammate, and excellent in the zone, but when did he last play this well, 2007-2008? Is he a safe bet to outplay the three best centers still available? There is also a center still on the board who played better defense by nearly every metric I can find.  He's also the worst offensive player drafted thus far. That's not what I want out of my second round pick.

Anyone who associates a wrestler and his promos specifically to their team gets TPs from me and of course the official spokesman of the Kings:

Good Pick. Was an All Star in 2010. Only 28. Was banged up, but in a contract year he will be balling.

Emaka Okafor averaged 7.3 points, and 5.5 rebounds in 31 minutes in the playoffs this season.

I like him as a player, terrific defender, but I don't think you can say he out plays Gasol 'hands down'

Thanks for making my pick.

The Bullets wanted to beef up their weakness down low which was an average rebounder in Aldridge.  Gortat rebounds at a high rate (top 10 in the NBA last year)

Post all-star last year, 15.3, 10.6 and 1.5 blocks in 33 minutes a game.

His scoring likely was a little inflated due to Nash, but I would still expect him in the 10-13 point range.

I thought about Millsap, but I wanted to be bigger and have one of those bigs be a better rebounder.  Millsap rebounds at a similar pace as Aldridge.  I needed less offense, more defense and rebounding.

I liked the pick a lot.  I was hoping he'd slip through the cracks.

Give me Kaman over both of them.

Millsap/Aldridge would have been a bit redundant. You got tougher and better around the glass with Gortat. Nice decision.
