Thank you for finally selected Harden and Ibaka. My opinion is they went way to late.

Become Legendary.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Roy Hibbert

Wanted to take Hibs, but I've seen him play and argued against his merits too much to justify it. Still, a 7-2 shot blocking machine, and no one in the league is better at missing shots from 4 feet out.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
At 3-18, the Warriors make a little bit of a reach to select:

DeAndre Jordan

Its a small reach but at the same time, Dirk played next to Chandler last season, and I can only think of one closer clone to Chandler than Jordan. And that guy seems to be a bit of a headcase.

Plus I guarantee he's gone soon anyways.
Jordan is nothing like Chandler as a player other than both are tall and dunk.

Tyson Chandler, at age 22, per 36 minutes:
10.5pts. 12.7rebs, 2.5blks

DeAndre Jordan, this year (22yrs old), per 36 minutes:
10.0pts, 10.1 rebs, 2.5 blks

Chandler is the better player, but they're built in the same archtype.

Long, not particularly dense, driven, defensively oriented athletic big.

Have you watched Jordan play, he's not defensively orientated. He likes to block shots, but he doesn't play much defense.

Did you watch Tyson Chandler his first 3 years in the league?

He really made big steps forward this year.

I love DeAndre Jordan. LOVE him.

Watched a great deal of Clippers this year, just by being as fast as he is he creates a whole lot of opportunities for his team.

With the Bulls, yeah I did some. I think he was a better defender even then but that was a while ago. He certainly was much better than Jordan once he got to New Orleans and I watched him more.

Could Jordan become a plus plus defender in 3 to 4 years like Chandler did, sure. But he's not a Chandler clone right now.

Alright, I'll make another leap here, going for a guy I like to watch and who did well after taking over the Nuggets late this year:

At 3-20, the Warriors select:

Ty Lawson
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Nice. Very tough pick and roll game with Lawson and Dirk.

Bored? Feel free to put offers in on Tim Duncan, Eric Gordon and Luol Deng.
