I don't understand why folks are bashing Kahn so much. This is regarded as a very weak draft. Rather than give a multi-year guaranteed contract to a guy he didn't like, Kahn turned that into a future #1 from Memphis, a couple future #2s, and a ton of cash (presumably). That's a pretty good return on a bad pick.
I guarantee that Kahn gets more value out of his pick than a lot of other GMs do from theirs.
