celtics are down 2-0 but both were away....now who would you rather be?

Is anybody watching this game?  The Mavericks look really, really good.

I said during the other game that they're a great team at getting out into transition.  When they play defense like they have tonight, it opens everything up for them by allowing them to dictate tempo and run when they want to run.

Dallas have been great. Thoroughly outplayed LA tonight.

I wouldn't say either team is in good shape. LA looks basically done though.

im on record here about 500 times questioning if the majority of posters here actually watch a game. I feel sure they don't but are pretty good at yahoo stat analysis.

Dallas has been great all year, have multiple gunners who can create their own shot, and play HARD d. They are about perfect but aren't big

The Lakers are getting calls like they are the Boston Celtics, which means they are getting none.

You could say that about Dallas the past 6 or 7 years. It's their toughness that has always been a question.

The Lakers spacing has sucked tonight. Too many players trying to play beneath 15 feet. Not enough room to operate when the ball finally does get there.

Not so much a problem in the fourth but earlier in the game. Particularly when Ron Artest was in there.

The Lakers have been unlucky with their long distance shooting. They have some good looks, they just can't buy a basket at the moment. 0-14 from three.

Also, Kobe Bryant has been really quiet here in the second half. He had those back to back hoops midway through the third. Other than that, I don't think he has scored.

Question: If the Mavs make it to the Western Conference Finals, could Caron Butler come back?

They could get even BETTER.

Dirk! That's why I won that man's jersey!

That shot was ridiculous.

Also, Haywood and Chandler have been huge (literally and figuratively) in this series.  Really negating the Lakers' advantage inside.

Ok guys, Dirk Nowitzki is just incredible. I thought he would neutralize Pau plus a little. How about he does that and also makes up for Bynum and Odom?
