It seems that a number of the players that were assumed to be buyout candidates or at least tradebait aren't going to be available. I'm very surprised Parker wasn't obtained in that Cleveland deal---I think that's what made so little sense about that deal.
I can only hope Danny's got some deals arranged under the table to bring in another big man (Camby or Dalembert would be really solid -- moreso than Murphy) and at least another backup PG. I don't want to have to rely on Delonte staying healthy with no insurance. Also, another real SF or a player that can swing between SG/SF would be ideal.
I still don't like these deals, mostly because Danny has only brought in 2 bodies that don't begin to equal the talent that went out the door and he's relying on waiver-wire pickup to shore up the bench. I just feel that's a pretty iffy plan for a title.
