We need a guy who is a little bigger than Wafer and who has a bit more savvy. And don't forget Wafer's attempts at defending Kobe.

We have absolutely no backup 3 at the moment. We cannot continue that way.

Hopefully. But Butler is not good when he needs to play the 3. Loses his size advantage and gets killed on the boards. Becomes a below average player and defender (especially versus top offensive players). I'm not sure he'd play in front of those guys.

sounds like a good plan to me. It looks like the celtics are either pretty high on Parker or that the asking price is better than that for Brewer or Butler.

To be honest I would rather have Brewer than Parker. I think Brewer is just good enough to back up Pierce this year and also will help us post Big 3. I know it's very risky tho and wouldn't be mad if we got Parker
