Looks like we're going to need to find a replacement manager for Golden State.

If anybody is lurking and interested, let IP, Fafnir, or myself know.  If nobody steps up by 10:30am, we'll pick the best available player for the Warriors' missed pick, and The Commissioner's Office will take over the team until a replacement is found.

The draft can resume after Golden State's missed pick is announced.

I have 2 of the first 5 picks in round 3, any chance I could help with "best available" player...  ;)

Too late to do anything interesting with that team ... probably looking at a .500 squad as a best case scenario.

It would definitely take some creative trades.

Okay, autopick it is.

Golden State selects:  Sam Dalembert

(BPA = best player available at a position of need, and I can't honestly say a ton of thought was put into this.)

Denver is on the clock with pick 3.1.

I believe I'm on the clock -- Spurs select Jason Kidd

I like your second rounder quite a bit better than your first rounder.  When looked at in combination, Kidd/Kaman isn't a bad take away from the last pick in each round.
when you need a Center and a PG after your 2 keepers AND pick last each round, Kaman and Kidd is a respectable haul.  Now I have to get some decent roster filler

pst pst
Hibbert is mine
I already put my bid in for Hibbert long ago.  I don't need him in this session.

Nick - like you mentioned - Hedo will do fine for my roster, since we do in fact have a very good PG that can shoot the ball.

It will be interesting to see how these rosters pan out. Hopefully, Riah32 can run these in 2K10 or 11.
Baron Davis is not a good shooter, the problem with him and Hedo is that they both need the ball to be effective.

Wait, didn't Baron and Hedo just win a championship together?  ;)

Hedo's still dancing!
