Nice one.Oh wow, Marion would have been fantastic in that role. Batum is the better long term pick but I think Marion would have given you more in the short term. That's exactly what I told him .I initially agreed, until I looked at just how horrific Marion's jump shooting and 3PT numbers were (and have been the last few years). He's almost strictly an inside player now, which doesn't work so well if you have him as your SF.

The Indiana Pacers select Shawn Marion.
Quote from: Lucky17 on February 02, 2011, 12:07:54 PMWell, I see Marion and Battier are now off the boards. Both were guys I was trying to move up from 3.13 to get.Back to the drawing board.I thought you should have made Marion a priority as a PF given the success he and Nash have had together in the past. Put those two guys back together and in Phoenix's high paced offense and I think Marion still puts up 16ppg 9-10rpg with quality defense while playing very efficient offense. He would have been a massive difference maker to get with a late 2nd round or 3rd round pick. In this specific situation, I think Marion would be one of the best potential "value picks" in the draft.

Quote from: GreenFaith1819 on February 02, 2011, 05:18:38 AMNick - like you mentioned - Hedo will do fine for my roster, since we do in fact have a very good PG that can shoot the ball.It will be interesting to see how these rosters pan out. Hopefully, Riah32 can run these in 2K10 or 11. Baron Davis is not a good shooter, the problem with him and Hedo is that they both need the ball to be effective.

But he is a top 10 PG. He will do fine as our PG with this roster, in this setting. Him and Hedo will co-exist and make the Clips better.Like I stated earlier - I suppose that the only way to settle our opinions here is to have Riah32 run these rosters in 2K10 or 11.
the charlotte BOBCATZ! select another young-un to go with DJ/Crash/Big Al:Thaddeus Young

The results for last year were pretty wacky from what I recall.

Pending new ownership for Golden State, the Commissioner's Office selects: Darren Collison.
