Getting ugly.  Atlanta just can't stop GB and now they have to for the remainder of the game.   'Ice' needs a lot more than cool here.

I say it's a catch.  Looked to me like feet down with possession before ball came loose.

Rodgers just making plays where others would be taking a loss ... making something out of nothing ... remind you of anyone? ;)

That should be a helmet-to-helmet call, not that it matters now, but interpreting the rule, there should be a fine coming.

Wow, Green Bay is just having a field day out there. Clutch 3rd down conversions, no mistakes, defense making stops. Everything is going their way.

Patriots/Packers would be a great Super Bowl ... and most likely another close one, (we beat them by four 12/19).

They played without Aaron Rodgers too.  :o

Patriots weren't themselves that night, though. I'm a fan of both teams. Would be a great match-up if those two teams were to both make it to the end.

Yeah ... we did not bring our "A" game that day, that's for sure, and the difference Rodgers would bring would make for a much different matchup. I think they're the two best teams in the NFL, and to me, that's what the Super Bowl should be about.

  • Rondo = Good
Looks like the Falcons are the Hawks of the NFL.  Lots of talent at various positions, not very good in the post-season.

In other news, I'm feeling a Patriots vs. Bears Super Bowl.  Don't ask me why, but I'm just feeling it.

The Packers look great but I think the Bears win tomorrow and then host the Packers in a snowy NFC North showdown and win an all-out brawl.  It will be sort of ironic - the Bears gave the Packers the win they needed to make it into the post-season, and next week they will knock them out of the post-season to advance to the Super Bowl.

After that, the Patriots, who will have won two straight hard-fought games at Gillette, will defeat the Bears by a touchdown and a field goal in the Super Bowl.

It's official. Troy Aikman is in-love with Aaron Rodgers.

Both the Bears and the Packers can play well in bad weather, (especially cold/snow) ... that would make for an awesome NFC Championship game. Actually, the Bears don't scare me like the Packers do, as I think we match up better against them, and we haven't faced a "Rodgers" version of the Pack this year. Either way, if the ultimate outcome is the same, I'll be very happy. :)
