It's just astonishing to me that a team can let the clock run out.  Just complete incompetence.

yeah, unless they are really sure they have a deal in place to move back that wouldn't change based on KC's pick, but a big risk.

.... or just plain incompetence.

Who will the Pats take? I'm intrigued by Smith. I do love my corners, but this kid seems to have off the field problems, and that is not very Patriot like.

what a screwup, if i waited this long and the pats trade this pick im gonna be heated.

I've got a Girlfriend to call and a business organization outline to finish that looking like it's happing later and later.

Gah, and there goes the NE pick, you were right chris.

gotta say, unless they got another pick in the second round, im still not real happy with there 1st round. you guys can sell me on this developmental tackle all you want, but then i think back to how awful the front 7 looked last year, specifically the DE's and OLB and cringe.

Ingram to New Orleans, by way of the Pats.

The Pats get a #2 and a #1 next year.  Good value, I guess, but I think they would have been better off with Ingram.
