Incredibly durable and productive offensive lineman with still a ton of upside. He reminds me a lot of Vollmer, who was also considered a "project" but was arguably their best tackle halfway through his rookie year.Like I said earlier, I was not sold on Jordan, and really think that was all a smokescreen, but you get really good value for O-linemen at this point in the draft. yea, I like the potential he has, i just question if we needed that tackle potential as much as a bunch of other positions that were avialable.Heck i would rather have gotten a guard.mabey bowyer will continue to fall and they'll take a flyer. I know he has knee concerns but man, he's a stud. You'd think given his age and the way knee injuries aren't as fatal to careers as they used to be if they'd take a shotBut here is the thing. The reason these other guys are available is because they aren't that great. Top line 3-4 ends and pass rushing linebackers are incredibly hard to come by. They don't fall to the mid or late first round unless there is a major issue with them.If Jordan was the player people are making him out to be, he would have been gone in the top 5 picks, because behind QBs, there is no position more prized in the NFL. But he doesn't go high, because he isn't that great, and probably is not significantly better than guys who will be available in the second round, or the guys the Pats already have. We see this every year where everyone gets up in arms because the Pats did not take the big name d-end, but the majority of them have not done much (I know, Matthews, but he is the exception...and who knows if he could have found as good an HGH hookup in NE).

The Pats should end up with two pretty good players here. I think everybody expects them to move back, but man, walking away with Bowers + Ingram would be pretty crazy.
