Ray Allen keeps getting passed around for lower and lower picks....

He has found a home in CrotoPickle Land  :D

(famous last words)
Jameer Nelson + Ray Allen + Paul Pierce + David Lee

Wow, that is a lot of shooting on the perimeter and all highly efficient offensive players.

I'd worry about rebounding with the team as currently constructed.

A request from the Commissioner's office:  When sending in a trade, please include the names of the teams involved, and the exact picks (i.e., NOT "my 5th rounder").  It just makes it easier for us to keep track of things.

Preferably, trades would look like:

Team A trades: x.x, y.x

Team B trades: z.x, zz.x

With the team as currently constructed, I'm hoping they choose Norman Dale as coach.  He's the only guy I know who can win with four players. ;)

Defense is a huge concern too, I think more of a concern than rebounding.

A Jameer + Ray + Paul perimeter trio is vulnerable defensively without a strong defensive backbone and David Lee certainly does not bring that to the table.

Looking at the remaining choices available at center ... it looks like that team will have a tough time even becoming an average defensive unit. It'll be interesting to see how much defense that bench can amass and whether that can be a difference maker.

True, but I still stick by my point.

David Lee is an excellent rebounder, but Jameer/Ray/Paul isn't a strong 1-3 group on the glass. So the other PF/C will need to cover for them, ideally with another player on the bench to attack the glass.

I think Hedo is a good pick here.  He had a *terrible* year last year, and was disappointing off the court as well, but I think he'll bounce back.

He would have been under strong consideration if I'd kept the Kings (although ultimately he wouldn't have been my pick.)

Yeah I'm drinking a little of the real life Suns Kool Aid here. I'm hoping and Hedo and Warrick at the 3/4 will complement nicely in a run and gun offense. Plus with AI at the 2 and Nene at the 5 I have big starting 5 even with Brooks at PG.

That was the obvious choice once you made the trade.  I'm of the opinion that the difference between Ray and Rip is more than a 7th rounder, but reasonable minds can disagree.
