The Minnesota Timberwolves select: Marcus Thornton

Interesting pick.  He certainly put up good numbers last year, assuming you're envisioning him as a shooting guard and not a PG.
That pick was for Evantime34 and the Timberwolves

Interesting pick for ET, assuming that he's envisioning him as a shooting guard and not a PG. ;)
I really like Evantime's backcourt rotation Deron Williams, Rodrique Beaubois and Marcus Thornton.

Utah may some interest in acquiring an additional 5th rounder if anyone is interested.  I have a full arsenal of draft picks and TPs to work with besides my 10th rounder

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
This is true Roy but i doubt anybody would tell you that the reason they werent a playoff team last year were because of Prince and Hamilton.  I think it has more to do with the fact that they have a no name as their starting pf, a corpse as their starting center and Stucky Died on the court part way through the season

Don't you play Jonas Jerebko like that!

CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Again, guys, please list team names in ALL trades submitted to the Commissioner's office.  It will be easier for us, and will get your trade posted sooner.

San Antonio trades: Monta Ellis, Caron Butler

Cleveland trades:  Devin Harris, 5.23 and 9.23

I was very disappointed with his season last year, but he's still decent enough, and young.  It's a good place to take him.

Can I dislike this trade, not because the value is particularly skewed , but because I don't like any of the players involved. Thumbs up for the GMS in making a bad situation a bad situation they feel more comfortable in.

New Orleans has an interest in trading up into the 5th.

I like the trade.... Harris had a bad year and Monta is a 25ppg guy and I needed a SG with Butler.

Not to mention Monta's 2 steals per game and 5 assist pergame.

Eh, all of them are pretty uninspired players who are buckets of unfulfilled potential.

I like moving Devin Harris for Monta Ellis. I think Ellis will make a better PG than Harris so a nice upgrade there.

Does that put Melo + Monta + Caron on the same team?

If so I would look to trade Caron Butler or at least make him a sixth man and limit his minutes. It'll be hard enough to create a team orientated offense with Monta + Melon on the same team but it will be downright impossible with another shot happy wing in the mix.

Carmelo Anthony + Monta Ellis give the Cavs a very effective 1-2 punch offensively. Surround them with some shooters, defenders and rebounders and you'll have a very good team on your hands. The third option here need only be a 12-14ppg guy due to Monta's + Melo's prolific scoring.

If you could land a big man who can have a big impact defensively + on the boards, in addition to Monta + Melo and a solid supporting cast ... that should make your team a legitimate contender for the title.

That basically gives you the Allen Iverson Nuggets, doesn't it?
