we just need rondo to run the offense...and play defense on nelson...they are killing boston with the pick and roll

What half time adjustments does Doc make?

what is wrong with rondo? half time show is ignoring it. Nobodies talking about it. What is wrong???? this is a big deal.

Total guess?  I think he's pouting.

He's either angry at himself for playing so terribly, or he's pouting because the ball got taken out of his hands.

I'll take that over an injury any night.  Players can adjust to psychological issues a lot more quickly.

The Magic have done a great job taking Rondo out of this one. Pick after pick after pick so he's almost always late on whatever Nelson is doing. Nelson being aggressive is making it hard not to foul, and the lob is almost always there if a help defender leaves Howard. Rondo has to do better get around the picks and we need him in the game to run our offense as well.

Pick up Nelson FULL COURT from the INBOUNDS---and this does not happen....something Rondo did most of this series til tonight.

I would love to see Ray get more looks in the second half.

Rondo is out of synch. Hopefully he sorts things out at halftime and leads this team as he usually does. PP and KG are holding the fort. The C's gotta come out strong and aggressive at the start of the 2nd half. Can't afford to give the Magic confidence that they could take this game.

What half time adjustments does Doc make?

Honestly, I think the only adjustment he needs to make is to get the players to play Celtics basketball.  Make crisper rotations, pass the ball on offense, quit looking for your own offense, etc.

If Rondo shows up this half, we'll win by 10+.

all starts on defense. getting enough good looks on offense. defense has been on the same page..a lot of cross matching with boston getting bad match ups. they have to clean up the defense to win tonight. dont want to see this opportunity go out the window

The Celtics are outshooting and outrebounding the Magic:

Celtics 52% 22 Rebounds
Magic 49% 16 Rebounds

This is a good sign for the 2nd half. Especially if the C's didn't look like they were playing up to their capabilities.

Boston's winning this game. Orlando's lead is too fragile. Just like their psyche.

ugh.  I know it's fun to watch, but I want nothing to do with these halftime Big Three puff pieces.  You'd think they already won the series.  I dont like how Orlando has already been counted out.

I hate it.  Bad Karma.

I believe DOC and THIBS will make the proper adjustments on Nelson. Rondo has to read that Pick and roll better. I did like how KG step out on the Pick and roll with a min and 30 secs left. I believe we will edge them out at the end. I rather have Nelson shooting then getting in the paint however. 4 points down is that your best shot? Let get this one for RED!!!
