So, Ainge gathered the pieces that he was able to use to trade for two all-star  players that gave the Celtics another title and a three year window of being true contenders.

And it was all luck?  Ainge and the Celtics just walked into these deals?

Two teams in recent memory won titles without getting lucky in the draft with a top 5 player or being a hub that top FAs want to go.

Boston and Detroit.

It takes some good smart roster moves to do that.

And you want to see him gone?
Only Ainge knew the true value of Theo Ratliff when he aquired him.  Genious!  Just kidding.  Sure Ainge has made a few mistakes, but what exactly constitutes a good job?  Ainge took the worst team in the league and made them champions.  It seems pretty clear that he did a great job to me.  And it wasn't luck.  He stated his plan when he took over and stuck exactly to the plan.  And guess what- it worked and we won a title.  I say fire that incompetent guy!
