I really don't like Zach Lee much at all.  If Nebraska had even a competent QB, they'd be a top-15 team.

When Nebraska beats Texas, they will be a top 15 team. If Lee were a decent QB, they'ld be a top 10 team.

I wish that I had the faith that you do.  I love the black shirts, but I don't think they're good enough to win this game on their own.  I don't trust Nebraska to play from behind, which as of now, they'll be doing.

Two great defenses.  Nebraska's problem is definitely on the offensive side of things.  Texas is having problems of their own on the defensive.  That Cornhusker front four is really getting to him.

The longer Nebraska keeps it close, the more nervous I'm going to get in regards to the Longhorns chances winning game. Crazy things can happen and we've already seen a few Longhorn turnovers. Texas needs to give itself a nice cushion because I think it'll be extremely tough for Nebraska to climb back from a double digit deficit.

That girl Carly who was repping Nebraska in the Dr Pepper toss has a better gun on her than Zach Lee.

True.  I wish we had the girl from the 'Bama game.  She didn't have much of an arm, but she had the accuracy; she hit her first nine throws.

Let's go, Cody Green.  Let's work some magic from the 0 yard line.

This Nebraska defense is so good it really is a shame that the offense of so inept. If they had even a decent QB and some sort of a play maker on offense this year they could have been in the national championship conversation. This defense is fast, suffocating, intimidating and just [dang] impressive. Helu is a decent college running back but the line is not great and Lee is just awful.

Too bad too. If Suh could play another year this Nebraska team could be something special next year if they can get some offense going.

The good thing is that there is hope for the future.  I was downright discouraged under Bill Callahan.  The entire defense has been transformed since that time.  The culture around the team seems so much more positive this season, and I'm hopeful for the future.

Defense is going to have to force a turnover and return it deep or score for the Huskers to win this.

Team is really young too Roy with a huge freshman class and they are only graduating like 15 guys I think.

That horrible pass interference call on a ball thrown deep out of bounds might be the difference in the game if Texas hits this field goal because that penalty put Texas in FG range. That now forces a Nebraska TD, which I don't think they can do.

But I have faith.

No doubt.  There's a lot to be positive about, and I'm sure that national exposure in a game like this will only help.
