I find the Cincy question interesting. I think there's no question if it were West Virginia they'd be ahead of TCU anyway. But since it's Cincy even though they were a great team last year too, people aren't sure what to do. If it were Pitt they'd probably be ahead of TCU. If it were Rutgers I think they would be. UConn, no way. USF maybe, probably. Cuse, probably, maybe.
Even in the BCS conferences some teams are 2nd class citizens and will be that way no matter what. Cincy is one of those teams, so it's hard to say what would happen, especially since TCU is a borderline first class non-BCS team. If TCU were BYU or Utah I think the discussion changes, cause those are essentially 1rst class non-BCS teams
