I see some arguments for others and will state the reasons I left them out.
Kidd - he can't score anymore unless it is with his three point shooting. He seems to have lost either the will, desire or ability to successfully get to the basket. He is definitely at least 1-2 steps slower than his prime and he is a shadow od his former defensive self.
Davis - I have trouble putting a guy in the top 11 that has missed 32, 15, 36, 28, 19, 0, and 17 games in the last 7 years respectively. I also have trouble putting a guy in the top 11 who's game yo-yo's up and down based on how good his team is. His per 40 stats jump all over the place and depend a lot on how interested he is based on the quality of the team. Check out his close friend Paul Pierce's stats. Pierce's per 40 stats have always been very consistent no matter how good his team.
Arenas - the dude hasn't played in two years. When he can get back on the floor and show he is a top 10 talent, I'll list him there, until then, he doesn't deserve to be there.
