Vice President In Charge Of Being Gary Payton, Gary Payton

Hoyo,

Just in case I'm fired after the draft, I'm sending over my resume now. I may not be much like Gary Payton, but am willing to work at it. Regardless, I believe I can be an asset to the Seattle front office.

Yours truly,
The Walker Wiggle

Dear Walker Wiggle,

The Sonics would like to thank you for your interest in the organization. However, we are very happy with Gary's work right now. We would keep your resume on file if you so desire, and will call you if an opening surfaces that we feel fit your qualifications. Or if Kemp gets sued for sexual harrassment. We thank you for your continued interest in the Seattle Supersonics, and wish you luck in the future.

Sincerely,

Hoyo de Monterrey
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

All I gotta say is that Toronto has strip clubs where you can touch.  And based on the nightlife of most NBA players, this seems pretty important
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

Toronto is definitly the rouge franchise of the Fake NBA. I may have to start a rivalry even though we're in separate conferences.

I'm glad I'm not in the West, I would not want to travel to Buffalo for an inter conference battle with the Braves.

Especially since you'll have like 25 players to pay travel for. ;)

No no. Danny loves the Celtics "wait and see" approach.

The Heat have expressed interest to snatch another couple picks in the first 3-6 rounds.  All offers considered - TPs for every offer put on the table (that is realistic).

Toronto also has snow, high taxes and a garbage strike so the city literally stinks. Plus its a total hockey market.

Wait you moved your team to Buffalo and you are pointing out Toronto's drawbacks as snow, and a total hockey market? At least Toronto has universal health care.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I just have to say, if nothing else, the comedy level of the Celticblog draft is at an all time high.

The Cuba Heat are reportedly in talks with Rony Seikaly to possibly be the next head coach of the franchise.  When asked about the possibility of returning from Greece to come back to the Heat, Seikaly babbled a bunch of stuff we couldn't understand - apparently he is trying to divert any attention he would get by answering in English.  More news when it breaks...

Lower taxes and Buffalo is nowhere near the hockey market that Toronto is. Toronto only cares about the Leafs even though they suck.

The Warriors and my franchise clashed last year for top in the Pacific. We already have a rivalry.
