Bulls were hoping to announce a trade with the Grizzlies. It has been agreed to, but will not be able to be announced until Monday per the Commish's rules.

Bulls are offering their 9th and 10th rounder + cash considerations (10 TP's) for an 8th rounder

I have a problem with section 4, rule 3.

This is not all fun and games.  Fake GMs are constant targets of Fake Media and Fake Fans.  There is a lot of Fake pressure.

Why did the early time change to 9:30 am. That's 8:30 in my time zone and 6:30 on the West Coast.

Could we get an official ruling on Ricky Rubio?

I understand that he's saying he'll be going back to Spain for an additional two years, but many, like myself, believe that if a better situation had presented itself Rubio would've came to the NBA.

I propose one of the following becomes the definite verdict beforehand:

1. He's going to play this season
2. He's going to play in two seasons
3. If a good opportunity presented itself, he'd come this year.

He'd go to a bigger market, like NY, LA or Chicago

Maybe if you draft him as a big city, warm weather and the promise to start and play 30+ minutes a game; he might come.

I don't like any ruling that puts some GMs at a competitive disadvantage.

That's OK.  I have no 'ruling' powers this year.

I say the 'official' ruling should be no one knows if Rubio is playing this season, including him. Draft at your own peril.

That's how I'd go.  If a player stays in Europe, you're screwed if you draft him, end of story.
