The body language on this Wolves team is awful. Anytime Randle has the ball, he looks likes he?s going to iso it up for a shot regardless of who is in front of him, and both Ant and Gobert look exasperated when he doesn?t pass.

Ball stopper. Kills their offense.

Holds the ball way too long. Everything stagnates while he decides what he wants to do with it.

Ridiculous lefty runner by Kyrie going away from hoop to avoid Gobert.

Doncic with a calf strain, will not return today. That's a bummer.

Shame about Luka. Ruined the matchup.

Obviously Luka being out makes a difference, but the Wolves are also doing what I've been saying these teams should do all along. ATTACK Irving, Doncic and the other subpar defenders on the Mavs. Seriously, go at them. Irving at times has looked hopeless/lost when the Wolves attack him defensively. Doncic is the same way. I was surprised the West teams couldn't do it last year in the postseason. And yes, I give Mazzulla and the C's credit for employing that strategy against Doncic last postseason, it tired him out and exposed him defensively.

My Christmas night would be fine if the Lakers lose tonight. Don't have to hear the trash talk on my phone lol. C's already dropped the ball tonight

Have to say though, the NBA knocked it out of the park with the Christmas matchups. Every game was close and has been exciting to the end.

Contrast that to the NFL which were two boring blowouts and also not on TV (on Netflix instead)

Did Davis get injured?  Box score says seven minutes.

Just saw a trade rumor that made me feel ill.   Rob Williams to the Lakers.

It hasn't happened, but just the possibility irks me.  Would hate to see him in a Lakers uniform.

I could see that happening. LAL trying hard to get a quality backup center. Portland have 3 centers and are looking to move one of them to free up minutes for Clingan who has looked very impressive.

I wonder how large the market for Rob Williams would be given his injury troubles. It could be a buyer's market for the Lakers. Little competition. Cheap price.
