At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Lakers' Buyer's Remorse Mark Williams coming up big down the stretch. LaMelo and Bridges out there wrecking havoc. Rare home L

Doncic is still adapting and learning their system so he will be fine. However the Lakers frontcourt situation is bad. I know Lebron had that poster but otherwise Mark Williams, Miles Bridges, etc did really well. And it?s clear the Lakers don?t even trust Hayes and Len, they suck lol.

Lebron can play some center but if they are relying on him being a center for long stretches good luck with that.

Jokic, Sabonis, AD, Chet, Hartenstein, etc are gonna eat Hayes/Len alive. Charlotte attacked the paint late in the game and succeeded too.

Old friend Javonte Green plans to sign with the Cavs after clearing waivers. Cleveland is really stacking up on potential JT defenders.

I don't think anyone trusts the Cavs in the playoffs. Not even their fans.

Bronny has been improving in the G-League. He has been putting up some big numbers for the last few games. 20+pts a night. Good efficiency. I have only seen the highlights but the variety of his shot making with off the dribble moves, drives, contested jumpers has been impressive. Much more than we saw from him in college.

He is looking promising right now.

Edit: Those G-League stats. I don't understand how the G-League works. Do they have 2 seasons? Anyway, in the first part of the year Bronny stunk up the joint and played very badly. Now they are on to something new.

It has only been 5 games. Bronny has been averaging 22.6ppg on 43% on 18 FGAs per game. He has been taking 8.2 3PTA and hitting 39% of them. He is adding 5.4 rebounds 4.6 assists and 2.0 steals per game as well.

Huge difference from his terrible G-League performances earlier in the season.

I saw some people commenting that he is looking more comfortable / confident in his body for the 1st time since he had that heart trouble in his freshman year in college. He is more aggressive. He is taking more chances. He is driving to the rim. Maybe he just needed some time to regain that belief in his body.

Not definitive. Only 5 games. But certainly promising and something to watch moving forward. Lakers might have a player there.

I wonder, has anybody ever tested positive for a PED and not blamed it on an innocent mistake or a tainted supplement?

Will B Portis back in time for the playoffs?

Bucks are 29-24. So 53 games played. 29 games to go in the regular season. Okay, he will be back for the playoffs.

At this point, it'd really be better just to say "Yup. I screwed up and apologize" and just leave it at that.

Doc Rivers has said that Milwaukee's small ball lineups suck. Whenever they have to use them they get battered. That whenever one of their 3 big men (Giannis, B Lopez, B Portis) is out they suffer. They need those 3 to maintain defensive & rebounding integrity.

So Milwaukee are likely to suffer for the next 25 games without B Portis.

Good thing they got Kuzma for Middleton. A much more athletic forward who can rebound very well. Maybe Kuzma can make their small ball lineups more effective. Help them get through this patch without too much pain.
