I gotta say watching the Jets makes me feel a little less bitter about this season. That team has all the weapons in the world and what should be a good to great defense and these guys look like a JUCO team out there. They STINK!

They let Rodgers basically run the franchise and it predictably backfired.

There's literally guys on that team like Garrett Wilson who are even saying if Rodgers is back in 2025 he will request a trade lol. They fired Saleh, traded for Adams, etc. on Rodgers' behalf and it's still terrible, including the QB himself

Get the #1 pick, trade back and acquire #3, 2024 2nd, 2025 1st and another future 1st/2nd, then select Travis Hunter at 3, take an OT with the 2nd rounder, and pay Higgins and a few other premium FAs. Either way with #1 they should absolutely get a haul back.

I don't trust Wolf making that pick or making those trades. We need to fire him first and then hire another GM to set the vision

Giants win! Raiders win! Jags win! I believe we sit at number 1 pick right now. Start Brissett and all the bench guys next week and make sure we dont even come close to a win LOL
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

This would be the dream scenario. No need to draft at number 1 let someone else trade up and then take Hunter at 3 or 4 and some o linemen later in draft.

Unfortunately they will do all they can to win.  On the other hand, they can legit sit Gonzalez with a concussion.  I?d love them to start Joe Milton.

Is there a franchise QB prospect in this years draft?

It's considered a weak class, but teams are still going to want to roll the dice on QB's before anything else. 7 of the top 10 drafting teams definitely need a QB.

And there are some dumb GM's out there. Never forget the Bryce Young trade lolol

Well, 2 of the top 3 picks are projected to be QB?s. Will they be a Franchise QB? Who knows. It?s nearly impossible to predict. Just ask the Jags.

Yes - impossible to predict who will be a franchise QB. I guess my better question would be is there anyone who is considered to be in the ballpark of the top 3 from last years draft in terms of potential?

I think it?s likely that if the Pats trade out of the #1 they?ll be trading away the chance to select Hunter.   I?m good with that if it gives them multiple looks at other position needs especially a left tackle.
They do need someone who knows how to deal and how to draft. Not sure Elliot Wolfe is that guy and you just can?t blow the opportunity of having the top pick.

How about better than Trey Lance?  Most teams will likely be gun shy to over pay to trade up based on recent history but it only takes one team.

I?m not expecting a team to be as stupid as SF was when they gave up so many assets to move up. I do think a few teams would be willing to give up say a future 1st, 2nd and 3rd if they believe Sanders or Ward can step in right away and have results similar to Daniels or Stroud.

This is the answer. Give Milton some reps, lose a game we need to lose, and protect Drake Maye's brain from further injury.
