I didn't watch either, but the Warriors took 58 3's to the Lakers 27. In general, you are much more likely to get fouled on a 2 point shot than you are on a 3 point shot.

Am I mistaken, or did DeAngelo Russell run from off the bench onto the court and kick the ball before it hit the floor?

Shouldn't that have been a technical since the "shot" had not yet been completed?  A player running onto the court while the ball is still "in flight?"

Perhaps Steph shot it after the buzzer.  But if he got it off in time then should that have been a technical?

While there was zero chance the ball would have gone in the basket (and I'm assuming that the ball can't bounce off the floor and go in and still count) it technically was still in flight.

Perhaps Steph shot it after the buzzer.  But if he got it off in time then should that have been a technical?

Refs won't call that to favor LeBron. Is there a ref standing on the other end of the full court to see a full vision cuz I thought there's only 3 half court refs on the floor. Either way, very unlikely they'll call that, but definitely a 1-point swing that can force 3OT.

It really is moot.  The shot was absolutely late.  I remember watching live thinking the Lakers did a good job to make Steph double-clutch his shot so he couldn’t get it off on time.  Its probable that if there were a replay we’d have seen an official wave off the shot before a Laker even ran onto the court, because it was obviously late.

Jalen Duren is a big body. Struggling to matchup with Chet on the perimeter though. Clearly not comfortable defensively away from the basket.

Jalen Duren reminds me of Sam Dalembert. Dalembert with more muscle. He has the size and physique to dominate but isn't as glued in / focused as you want him to be.

More Sam Dalembert than Tyson Chandler.

Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren are the only two players worth watching on the Pistons. No Cade today. Duren is on the bench. The five guys on the floor are miserable.

in all honesty would anyone want a game to end that way.  I mean talk about officials deciding a game.

Jalen Durent's body moves in unusual ways. Reminds of Shawn Kemp. A bigger Kemp. Hard to describe. The way his limbs move. His legs. His straight back. A burst of athletic movement followed by the need to straighten out his body because it can't hold it.
