Ravens are so inconsistent.  Sometimes look like the best team in the sport.  Other times look like a Junior High team.  So frustrating to watch.

The clear solution is to fire Harbaugh

Absolutely.
may have to come to that as they are rather undisciplined. Definitely need a new training staff as they always have so many injuries as well.

Harbaugh is one of the more overrated coaches in the league. One Super bowl win during the best month of Joe Flacco's life. Other than that, a lot of disappointment with that loaded defense.
Sure, but how many coaches can win with Joe Flacco and Tyler Huntley.  3 healthy seasons from Lamar in his first 3 seasons, has been the extent of his top 10 QB play.  As you say, Flacco had a month of top 10 play and they won the Superbowl.  I think you may actually be providing support that Harbaugh is not overrated

Ravens had a very loaded smashmouth defense in Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs, Haloti Ngata, Bernard Pollard etc. Their D carried them all the way
Yes and they did well, but a qb decidedly in the middle of the road is hard to win playoff games at a high level with.  Harbaugh's first 5 years which correlate to his only seasons with Lewis and Flacco's 1st 5 seasons, the Ravens were 54 and 26 in the regular season and 9-4 in the playoffs with 1 SB and 2 other AFC title games (they won at least 1 playoff game each season).  The last year is the SB year and the defense which top 3 the first 4 years fell to 12th in points and 17th in yards, but Flacco was amazing so they won it.  The defense was middle of the road during basically the remainder of Flacco's time as he did not live up to the big contract which caused a salary crunch.  Defense has been very good with Lamar, but Lamar has been awful in the playoffs and hurt at the end of the last 2 years. A lot of the inconsistency is Lamar, as is a lot ofnthe record inconsistency.  To win a lot of playoff games, you need elite QB play, and the Ravens haven't had that since Flacco was on a rookie contract.  Now is some of that on Harbaugh, maybe so, especially since Lamar has real talent, but his throwing is not elite either and never will be.

If you don't have consistently great QB play, you aren't going to win a lot of playoff games, but Harbaugh is 150-97 overall with still most of his games being with Joe Flacco at QB.  Sean Payton, with almost entirely Drew Brees in NO was 152-89 as a point of comparison.

Nah, they should have won more with that defense. They underacheived.
That just isn't reality.  They won at least 1 playoff game 5 straight years with Harbaugh when they had a top tier defense.  Then the defense was good but not great for 5 years before becoming a top 5 defense again Lamar's rookie year (you know after Flacco's huge contract expired and they could spend real money on the defense again).  And Lamar has been atrocious in the playoffs in his 4 games.  Not good at all, which is why they haven't won more with Lamar.

Tom Brady has made it so Patriots fans don't live in reality.

I just hope you see how hypercritical you have been of Bill Belichick and accepting of Harbaugh. You're trying to sell one playoff win per year as a success. The Ravens had some of the best defenses ever and won one ring with Harbaugh. I think they should have won more.
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

The Ravens have never even had the top defense in the sport in any season with Harbaugh.  Their truly great ones were with Billick.  Of course he had the "all time great" Kyle Boller as QB for the latter part of his career and that got him fired.  And in Harbaugh's early years, the Steelers actually had the best defense in the sport for many seasons and they knocked the Ravens out twice, they also lost to Peyton Manning's Colts and Tom Brady's Patriots before they won the Super Bowl with the 12th ranked defense.  But hey let's not let facts get in the way.

Baltimore is always a hard team to gauge. Some weeks they look like a SB favorite. Others they look bad. Just weird. Even today so far, they looked awesome in the 1st half, and then so far in the 2nd half they look the complete opposite.

Here’s another one that will blow your mind.

The New York Giants have not lost in the state of New York since 1993.

They play there once every 8 years so that isn't that surprising

Technically, that wasn't the case until the 2002 realignment.

The scheduling before that was even wonkier.

I haven’t watched SF at all this season. I tuned in 2nd half. MVP candidate Purdy has looked just awful.  Cleveland D looking good.

Refs just gift wrapped CLE a first down after a 4th down incompletion.  Called hit on defenseless receiver on hit that was definitely clean on replay.

Missed SF FG as time expires.  Browns escape with the win (assist from the refs).

Jets with the upset, take down Eagles.

There are no more undefeated teams left in the NFL.
