My son goes to Auburn for Professional Flight, he's home for the holiday. That was so ridiculously awful for Auburn. Comedy of errors for both teams at the end, didnt go their way. Soooooo sad sack
If the game had been in Tuscaloosa, it would have been a 3 touchdown Bama blowout.  There's always wackiness playing at Auburn.

Washington barely hangs on.

But would you look at that. Georgia and Florida State currently trailing 7-0 and 10-0 in their games respectively  :o

Yikes, Florida State may have now lost their backup QB as well. Bad late hit, Gators player got ejected

Lots of scares today but not a whole lot of damage (unless you’re named Ohio St)

Next weekend

PAC-12 - ORE v WASH
BIG 12 - OK ST v TEX
SEC - BAMA v UGA
BIG 10-  IOWA v MICH
ACC - LOU v FSU

I think at least one of WASH & FSU loses. I still think Louisville is beating the Noles.  Washington has been playing with fire seemingly every week since beating Oregon & with the way the Ducks have looked since, picking the Huskies real shaky.

That was a ridiculous call.  Two defenders were running full speed on an intercept course towards a QB who was running full speed. At full speed, the QB started his slide about a second before the defenders hit him.  It barely was a late hit, much less "targeting," unless by that the refs meant that the UF players were targeting each other based on the way that they smashed into one another and incidentally contacted the QB.  The QB's quick return to the game told the story on that one.

That said, the personal foul that led to the first UF TD (which, though unexplained, seemingly was due to helmet-to-helmet contact with UF's QB) also was ridiculous, so they offset to a degree.

Next weekend. Wonder how much turmoil we’ll get versus conference championship weekend

Ohio St @ Michigan
Oregon St @ Oregon
Texas Tech @ Texas
Alabama @ Auburn
Florida St @ Florida
Washington St @ Washington
Kentucky @ Louisville
Arizona @ Arizona St
Georgia @ Georgia Tech

Ohio State-Michigan this week, and then the following week you have Washington-Oregon, Alabama-Georgia, and Florida State-Louisville. The way it's shaping up, the four playoff teams are likely gonna be the winner of Ohio State-Michigan, winner of Washington-Oregon, Florida State IF they win (otherwise they are out), and winner of Georgia-Alabama. What I'm curious to see is, if Georgia loses do they stay in the Top-4 with Alabama allowing for 2 SEC teams to make it in? Since they are ranked #1.

Texas might get the short end of the stick here. Their only hope seems to be winning the Big 12 Title Game, and hoping both Louisville + Georgia win their games. If Florida State wins their Title Game, Texas is definitely out.

Some have theorized Ohio State can still be in the Top-4 even with a close loss but I don't see it, there's just too many other great teams around them and some of them are likely to finish undefeated.

I was at the Maryland/Michigan game yesterday.  I expected Maryland to get crushed and was surprised that the game was close and could have been won by Maryland except for a couple of tough plays.  That said, I was not impressed with Michigan and I see them losing big time to Ohio State.  Also, cheaters don't deserve to win.

If Michigan wins, it'll be because they have the better QB and a better rushing attack, BUT Ohio State's defense is also one of the best in the entire NCAAF and much improved from last year when Michigan also ran all over them. And Ohio State has the single best player on the field between the two teams (MHJ).

It's tough. I personally am not high on McCord, but McCarthy has also looked really meh lately. And while I know they are dealing with the whole cheating scandal drama + Harbaugh suspension, I also think Michigan has played cupcakes for most of the season and the last two games where they faced better teams they certainly looked a bit vulnerable.

If I had to make a prediction, I'd go Michigan wins 34-24. I think being at home helps them too

I'm impressed...30-24, mighty close.  Anymore predictions?

LOL I actually thought it was possible, felt Michigan would punch it in to seal the deal and make it 34-24 but they settled for a FG.

Gonna be honest, Washington vs. Oregon is super tough for me. That could go either way like the last matchup. I love Penix, but they have looked a bit shaky in recent weeks.

Georgia > Alabama 34-24
Michigan > Iowa 27-10
Florida State > Louisville 24-17
Texas > Oklahoma State 38-21

It's gonna be super tough though for the Committee to decide in this scenario if they want Florida State or Texas as the 4 seed (assuming it's Georgia, Michigan, 1 of Washington/Oregon already for the first 3 spots). Florida State would have deserved it, but they are down to potentially a 3rd string QB and Texas has looked awesome lately (their lone loss being a close one in the Red River Rivalry in the final seconds). And I'll be honest, Georgia/Michigan vs. Florida State would be a pretty big blowout against FSU if it's Rodemaker or a 3rd stringer.

I know there are a few scenarios where they have Ohio State making it, but I only see that happening if Texas loses their Big 12 Title Game AND Florida State loses. Otherwise, sorry but they have zero reason to make it in over Texas if it came to that.

SEC, Michigan, Pac 12 are all in.  FSU is in if they win.  If Louisville wins, then it is Texas if they win.  It will be really interesting if Texas Tech and Louisville both win.

Washington is legit. This is a statement win here (if they hold on)

Rooting for Louisville and Okie St. (Along with Georgia and Michigan). Will make for an interesting discussion as to who 4th should be.

Thinking OSU can backdoor its way into the playoffs?

Washington is obviously a lock. Michigan should be a lock even if they somehow lost (at least over Ohio state). Would Ohio state get in over Georgia even if Georgia lost? Would Alabama be in then? It’s hard to imagine a scenario where Ohio state gets in without playing.
