"This [draft] capital will eventually serve as currency in a larger deal, with the Celtics well-positioned for a seismic strike, league sources said." (though unlikely to be soon) via

So pretty much anything that is going to happen isn't happening any time soon.
I don't think this report really says anything. What does "soon" mean. This week, this off season? Could mean anything you want it to mean.
The main premise is pretty obvious. They have the TPE and the picks so they are in position to do a deal, if a good deal presents itself (not exactly seismic). They have 2 open roster spots plus Champagnie on a NG contract. Kornet also is NG. I doubt very much that they have stopped looking or stopped working it.
The team as it stands is fine. Will be a favorite for a title. They have some minor depth needs they could address, and probably will along the way.
The only potentially seismic thing would be to trade Brogdon, but I see that as pretty unlikely.
